Pre-/Onboarding so wichtig?
Mitarbeiterbindung beginnt vor dem 1. Arbeitstag. Dies gilt umso mehr, wenn es darum geht, internationale Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter für das Unternehmen bzw. für Niederösterreich zu gewinnen. Der Weg bis zum 1. Arbeitstag ist – je nach Nationalität – ein langer, emotionaler, aber auch ein harter. Fragen, u.a. zu Arbeits- und aufenthaltsrechtliche Belangen, zu Rot-Weiß-Rot-Karte, Sozialversicherung, Schule und Wohnen sind zu klären. Pre- bzw. Onboading ist ein Muss, um den neuen zukünftigen Mitarbeiter nicht „auf halber Strecke“ zu verlieren.
