Das belegen mehrere Studien aus Europa. Sie haben gezeigt, dass eine <strong>gute Work-Life-Balance<\/strong> wesentlich zur <strong>Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit<\/strong> beitr\u00e4gt. Vielmehr m\u00fcsse man \u201czuh\u00f6ren\u201d und herausfinden, <strong>welche Benefits f\u00fcr den einzelnen Mitarbeiter passen.<\/strong> Genau das hat Wulz als Mitbegr\u00fcnder &amp; Chief Human Resources Officer von ENPULSION, einem produzierenden Unternehmen, getan. Ein Pilotprojekt zeigte, dass &#8211; aufgrund der Unternehmensgr\u00f6\u00dfe &#8211; die 4-Tage-Woche bei gleichzeitiger maximaler Maschinenauslastung derzeit (noch) nicht m\u00f6glich ist. Und das sehr erfolgreich. Martina Reicher, Head of People &amp; Culture, Windkraft Simonsfeld: &#8221; Wir bieten <strong>\u00fcber 40 unterschiedliche Arbeitszeitmodelle<\/strong> an, die auch laufend adaptiert und angepasst werden &#8211; je nach den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der MitarbeiterInnen.&#8221; Auch die 4-Tage-Woche wird gelebt. Die Entscheidung, ob 4 oder 5 Tage im B\u00fcro, kann sehr kurzfristig und \u201eje nach Wettervorhersage\u201c getroffen werden. Der m\u00f6gliche Nachteil, dass an sonnigen Freitagen das B\u00fcro sp\u00e4rlich besetzt sein k\u00f6nnte, besteht nach den bisherigen Erfahrungen nicht.<\/li><li>Gew\u00fcnschte Arbeitszeitmodelle
