Dies soll den Arbeitnehmern mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t bieten und die Arbeitsbedingungen an moderne Bed\u00fcrfnisse anpassen.<\/li><li><strong>Unfallschutz:<\/strong> Der Unfallschutz wird erweitert. <strong>Arbeitnehmer sind nun auch versichert, wenn sie au\u00dferhalb ihres Wohnsitzes arbeiten.<\/strong> Dies umfasst alle Orte, die unter die neuen Regelungen fallen.<\/li><li><strong>Kosten\u00fcbernahme durch den Arbeitgeber:<\/strong> Arbeitgeber m\u00fcssen weiterhin die digitalen Arbeitsmittel f\u00fcr das Homeoffice bereitstellen. <strong>Neu<\/strong> ist, dass sie f\u00fcr diese Bereitstellung einen <strong>angemessenen Kostenersatz leisten m\u00fcssen, wenn keine vollst\u00e4ndige Bereitstellung erfolgt.<\/strong> Dieser Kostenersatz kann pauschaliert werden.<\/li><li><strong>Betriebsvereinbarungen:<\/strong> In Betrieben mit Betriebsrat k\u00f6nnen die Rahmenbedingungen f\u00fcr Homeoffice k\u00fcnftig durch Betriebsvereinbarungen geregelt werden. Diese Regelungen betreffen die allgemeinen Rahmenbedingungen auf betrieblicher Ebene, w\u00e4hrend die individuelle Vereinbarung zwischen Arbeitgeber und Arbeitnehmer bestehen bleibt.<\/li><li><strong>Steuerliche Vorteile:<\/strong> Es gibt weiterhin steuerliche Vorteile f\u00fcr die Nutzung von Homeoffice.
