Baking, Bonding, and Belonging: A Sweet Afternoon with ecoplus International
Christmas cookies are a must during the festive season in Austria, and our baking workshop was the perfect way to bring the international community in Lower Austria together.
Around 20 baking enthusiasts made our pre-Christmas baking session a fun and successful afternoon. Under the expert guidance of pastry chef Michaela Lillich, participants shaped vanilla crescents, tried their hand at piping with an icing bag and cut out cookies while the ovens baked at full speed. It was a great way to have fun and meet new people.
